Welcome to my photoblog!
After almost 20 years as a photographer, I’ve decided it’s time to start a photoblog of my daily adventures. I’m currently a staff photographer at the York Dispatch, my home town newspaper where I had my first photo published in 1988. That photo, of a fire fighter giving oxygen to a dog injured in a kennel fire, set the path for years of documenting the news in and around York, PA and allowed me the opportunity to photograph Major League Baseball, NFL Football, several presidents and to cover the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
A year after Katrina, I thought it fitting that I’d start my blog with a photograph from my coverage in Mississippi.
